Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a school setting. As a Therapeutic Specialist, you will work closely with students who require physical or motor assistance to help them overcome challenges that impact their learning and daily functioning. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing therapy goals as part of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate students with physical or motor disabilities affecting their education.
• Develop and implement therapy goals as part of IEPs.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in student study teams and consult on therapy recommendations.
• Maintain accurate IEPs and student progress records.

Requirements:
• WA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (ESA certification).
• Experience working with children with diverse disabilities (cerebral palsy, neuro-developmental treatment).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS certification and two positive work references.
