The Role

We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck clean and organized
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and goals

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
