We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our menu.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pizzas, salads, and entrees, to meet the high standards of our menu.
- Ensure the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to our recipe procedures and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Prepare ingredients and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking methods and equipment.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with Managers and Team Members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven, is desired.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
