Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Charlotte Premium Outlets. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager
    • Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with clients
    • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Merchandise and Store Operations
    • Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines
    • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment
    • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager
    • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies
    • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
