**Job Summary:**
At Pratt Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take vital signs and assess patient condition to detect deviations from normal.
- Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians of patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments.
- Assist physicians by scribing during patient encounters, preparing equipment, and maintaining awareness of patient comfort and safety needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Develop and implement patient education plans according to individualized needs of patients.
- Document events and decision-making in a manner resulting in accurate medical charting.
**Requirements:**
- Licensed RN in the state of Kansas.
- CPR certification.
- Basic computer literacy and keyboarding ability.
- Experience with electronic documentation software and computer-based education.
