Wilson Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our patients and their families.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in our state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery unit. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our patients, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current NC or multistate RN licensure
  • BLS and NRP certification
  • 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
