We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

• Customer Engagement: Support customer engagement by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.
• Operational Activities: Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
• Customer Support: Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products.
• Relationship Building: Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions.
• Financial Needs: Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs.

• Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Desired Qualifications: 6+ months of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education; military experience (transitioning military service member, reserve military service member or a veteran) and currently enrolled in a college or university program; customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
