Job Title: Cost Controller II

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cost Controller II plays a crucial role in overseeing, implementing, and providing training on Project Controls practices for various projects within MasTec Industrial's operational sectors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop project budgets, manage change processes, and establish progress measurement systems.
  • Perform cost forecasting and conduct trend analysis.
  • Prepare and update reports related to costs, progress, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance and provide oversight of Project Controls.
  • Manage reporting requirements for client projects.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Controls Cost Analysis.
  • Professional certification (e.g., AACE, PMI) is advantageous.
