Manufacturing Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and specifying advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems. Your expertise will be crucial in improving manufacturing support and maintenance programs, developing process specifications, and driving capital projects from strategic planning to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and specify advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems
- Improve manufacturing support and maintenance programs through training and technical support
- Develop process specifications, machine parameters, and plans for scrap reduction and uptime improvements
- Drive capital projects from strategic planning to implementation
- Benchmark best-in-class facilities and implement world-class processes, equipment, and workflow
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Technical knowledge in machine function, processes, control systems, CNC, PLC, servo drives, stepper motor drives, and electrical/electronic systems
- Technical knowledge in mechanical design
- Detailed abilities in capital equipment justification, project scheduling, and managerial planning
