About the Role
Job Description:
As a part-time/full-time Behavior Analyst / ABA Therapist (BCBA), you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch care. You will implement kid-centric ABA therapy while playing games and teaching skills in a naturalist setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral health services in Miramar and Miami Gardens
  • Play a key role in training our behavior technicians to become top professionals in their field
  • Communicate with parents to teach them how to implement behavior programs
  • Complete functional assessments and behavior plans in a timely manner
  • Adhere to weekly billing requirements


Requirements:
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 8-hour supervision certification
  • Able to work effectively in new situations or under pressure
  • Excellent leadership skills
