Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product recommendations and alternatives to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
- Execute cash register operations, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Organize and replenish stock on sales floors and counters.
- Ensure a tidy and secure shopping atmosphere.
- Verify that pricing is accurate and updated for all merchandise.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address any concerns.
- Implement marketing and sales initiatives according to company protocols.
- Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene while demonstrating consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Report any operational issues to the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Previous experience in retail customer service or sales is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:
$11.50 per hour.
