Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, and instructions.
- Explain complex scientific and technical ideas in simple language, ensuring that our customers can easily understand and implement our solutions.
- Work closely with customers to translate their functional requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring that our documentation meets their needs.
- Ensure that documentation adheres to established style guides, standards, and templates, and maintain a consistent writing style across various materials.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a document repository and knowledge management system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of technical documentation.
- Support project managers in tracking documentation deliverables, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all documentation tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training, or work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of technical writing experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality documentation.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver accurate content under deadline pressure.
- Experience designing and delivering developer-oriented documentation, as well as working directly with development teams.
- Ability to multi-task and shift with changing priorities and projects.
- Clearance Level: TS/SCI
- Required Certification(s): 8570 IAT II (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND or SSCP)
