Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Our Team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests with a warm smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable, quality dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests, ensuring expedient service of food and beverages.
  • Menu Knowledge: Learn and expertly recommend TGI Fridays menu items and beverages to guests.
  • Upselling and Promotions: Proactively look for opportunities to upsell menu items and promote TGI Fridays' brand and offerings.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with TGI Fridays menu items and beverages.
