Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. This exciting role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, managing the successful operation of our Culinary Department.

Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will assist in supervising, preparing, and cooking various food items, developing daily menu items, and their preparation and garnishment. You will also supervise hourly associates and collaborate with the Executive Chef/Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create menus.
  • Produce and execute catering events.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teams.

Salary InformationWe estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
