About the Position
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the classroom, developing lesson plans, and mentoring an assistant teacher. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the Zoo-phonics curriculum, ensuring optimal student outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new initiatives and improve existing programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the classroom remains safe, clean, and organized, adhering to company policies and state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication within the preschool community.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher, with a focus on early childhood education and a passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and engage in occasional overtime if required.
