About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Inspection Specialist to join our team at Cox Automotive in the USA. As a key member of our Inspections team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation of vehicle condition.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting Vehicles: Verify vehicle information based on work orders, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all customer vehicles upon receipt.
  • Documenting Findings: Prepare and complete necessary documentation, including electronic condition reports (ECRs) and day-end procedures.
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on system capabilities, software packages, and web-based applications relevant to the job.
  • Safety and Health: Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety by following all procedures and participating in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Less than 2 years' experience in a related field is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record are essential.
  • Basic computer software skills and ability to multitask are required.
  • The ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear regularly, as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb frequently, is also required.
Estimated Salary Range: $14.38 - $21.59 per hour
