Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and career-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster and cultivate customer relationships within the community while promoting a range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Interest in marketing tailored products and services based on client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new computer systems.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be obtained).
  • Current Life and Health license required.
