Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General knowledge of full-service restaurant operations and the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
