Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment
- Successful completion of Food Safety and Sanitation Training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge of full-service restaurant operations and the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
