Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast and Hospitality Attendant to join our team at The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Pprepare and serve food and beverages according to company policies and brand standards, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the department, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist team members and other departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to a positive guest experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
