Cocktail Server

Job Summary:

The Cocktail Server is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes food and beverage orders, places orders, and delivers orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and storage areas.
• Provides exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follows HMSHost customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Works effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience, with work experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environments preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
