Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

PRIDE Health is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Intermediate AWHONN certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Stable, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
