We're seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers, and staying ahead of industry standards. You'll drive our recruitment campaigns, take charge of the interview process, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. You'll also participate in college job fairs and recruiting events. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, sharp negotiation skills, and a proactive approach. You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or low-skill positions is a plus.
