Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
