  • Assisting with light household tasks, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Providing essential personal care, including support for individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia, as well as assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility transfers.

Our clientele is entirely private-pay, offering flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 24 hours.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate?

  • 1-2 years of caregiving experience is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid government-issued identification.
  • A clean background check.
  • Documentation of TB skin test results and COVID-19 vaccinations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

Our Caregivers are vital to our mission, delivering essential services to seniors and their families striving for independence. They exemplify compassion, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving skills, a positive outlook, and a genuine love for caregiving.

From basic companionship services—including light housekeeping, transportation, and meal preparation—to more specialized personal care tasks such as incontinence management, mobility assistance, dressing, and bathing, our Caregivers offer a comprehensive range of support. They may work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.

Additional Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home environment.
  • A valid driver's license and personal transportation, along with proof of current auto insurance.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Three professional references and a five-year work history.
  • Recent TB test results showing clear results (not required but a plus).
  • A full background check is mandatory prior to employment (must be clean).
  • CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are beneficial.
