Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans to address those needs.
- Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and education, to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
- Conduct patient assessments and progress evaluations to monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document patient records accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current Physical Therapist License in the State of Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
