Master Plumber Technician

We are seeking a skilled Master Plumber Technician to join our team at Seaside Plumbing. As a Service Plumber, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of plumbing expertise.

Your Role

As a Master Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, presenting options and pricing to customers, and completing approved repairs in a timely manner. You will maintain accurate documentation of service calls and time management, submit all complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, and ensure a properly clean and stocked service vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial service to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues.
• Identify potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, test joints and pipe systems.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, or fixtures using hand or power tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and time management.
• Submit all complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a properly clean and stocked service vehicle.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
• Respect the customer's property.

Requirements:

• Clean Background
• Pass Drug Test
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crawl
• Occasional 12-8 and Saturday shifts will be required, but scheduled in advance
