Are you a motivated and experienced healthcare professional looking to take on a leadership role in rehabilitation? Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to support our team in Winslow, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of professionals. As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will assist the Chief of Physical Therapy with quality management, compliance requirements, education, and consultation for all health center services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a rehab facility setting and possess strong leadership skills. You will work closely with the health center staff and community health workers to deliver optimal healthcare interventions and provide leadership and direction for the clinic and wellness programs.

We are open to 26 weeks contract and require an AZ or compact license. If you are a PT looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
