Athletics Director

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Athletics Director at Plank Junior High School.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide direction for athletics and coaches, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to athletics teams and coaches
• Develop and implement strategies to promote teamwork and communication
• Collaborate with school administrators to ensure alignment with school goals and objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and community members

Requirements:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
• Prior coaching or administrative experience preferred
