As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive sales success in one of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for innovative technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a comprehensive sales solution.
  • Closing sales by utilizing effective communication skills to meet customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Potential to grow your customer base by engaging with the community outside of the store and participating in off-site Verizon-sponsored events.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, including base pay and target individual-based commission.
  • Opportunities for unlimited commission earnings, with top performers potentially earning an additional $10,000 or more per year.
  • A $2,500 sign-on bonus (subject to terms and conditions).

What We're Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (with a four-week advance schedule).
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income during peak periods.
