About Us:

We are dedicated to supporting the Commercial Vehicle Systems Department by ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of gaseous emissions testing equipment, particularly the Horiba MEXA emissions benches.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead technologist for Horiba MEXA emissions benches, developing laboratory methodologies and technical standards to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers to tailor specialized testing equipment (Horiba MEXA benches) to meet specific project requirements.
  • Partner with management to refine existing preventive maintenance protocols and introduce innovative procedures.
  • Engage in cross-training to acquire similar technical skills on other equipment managed by the department.


Daily and Monthly Tasks:
  • Execute intricate laboratory equipment modifications for Horiba emissions benches and other related devices.
  • Provide on-call assistance for troubleshooting and repairs of various instruments.
  • Meet with project managers to comprehend their analytical requirements and accurately identify the necessary equipment and methodologies to fulfill them.


Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, although degrees in Chemical or Electrical Engineering Technology with relevant experience are also acceptable.
  • 0-6 years of experience with complex and customized equipment for automotive emissions testing, particularly with Horiba MEXA emissions benches.
  • 25 years of experience may be considered for candidates without a Bachelor's degree, provided they have relevant experience.
  • A valid and clear driver's license is mandatory.
