Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Repair and replace HVAC equipment as needed, ensuring all work is done in accordance with operational and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance/repair procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
  • Working knowledge of air conditioning and heating technology
  • Good manual dexterity skills
  • Ability to lift 65 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work additional hours when emergencies arise and to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to interact with customers, team members, and supervisors in a positive manner
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • CFC certification is preferred
