We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Supervisor to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of transportation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of bus operators and dispatchers to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Investigate accidents, unusual occurrences, and complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Generate accurate operational records for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure efficient bus allocation and meet revenue service requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience
  • Class B or higher Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement
  • Basic computer skills and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
  • Bilingual communication skills a plus
