HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nutrition services to our patients.

Job Summary

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for conducting nutrition assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based nutrition interventions, and monitoring and evaluating patient progress. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to identify and address nutritional needs of patients, and provide education and support to patients and staff on nutrition access programs and resources in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and staff
  • Work with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address nutritional needs of patients
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date nutrition materials for patient education
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition services
Requirements
  • BA or equivalent degree
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or degree in a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based nutrition therapy and techniques for effective behavior change
  • 1-2 years clinical experience desired
  • Demonstrated ability to interface well with diverse, disadvantaged populations
