Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking talented and motivated registered nurses to join our home health nursing team in Altoona and other offices throughout Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Somerset, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Centre counties. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
As a registered nurse with UPMC Home Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and utilization management professionals
• Coordinating case management activities across a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure appropriate, quality patient care
• Initiating, delivering, and evaluating patient- and family-centered health teaching
• Striving to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes, delivering compassionate care with an emphasis on the patient's experience

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on education, experience, and certifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, discounted RN-to-BSN programs, mileage reimbursement, and a robust benefits package that includes physical, financial, and emotional support for your total well-being.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located OR TPP. Additionally, you must possess CPR certification based on AHA standards, and have a valid driver's license and automotive insurance. We also require Act 33, Act 34, and OAPSA clearances.
