Texas Roadhouse is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives legendary service during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each guest receives legendary service during their dining experience.
  • Use the POS system effectively and correctly.
  • Follow all steps of service throughout the dining experience.
  • Suggest specific food and beverage items through use of salesmanship.
  • Adhere to core values; passion, partnership, integrity and fun with purpose.
  • Understand and effectively utilize the first time guest program.
  • The ability to carry and tray.
  • Practice safety and sanitation at all times.
  • Complete proper opening and closing duties as per unit.
  • Handle all cash, credit, and gift cards received during the shift and properly account for all monies at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.
  • Exhibit teamwork at all times.
  • Participate in contests and line dancing during each shift.
  • Maintain proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
