Talent Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Lead to join our team at EMR Metal Recycling. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee skills and knowledge, and for delivering training programs to enhance employee performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, and to contribute to the success of our team. The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $105,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Deliver training programs to enhance employee performance
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver coaching and mentoring programs
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, including experience as a manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
