In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation of tax returns, resolving tax-related inquiries for a diverse clientele, and assisting in tax planning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in preparing federal and state income tax returns for various business entities.
  • Provide tax support across different organizational levels, including special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax issues and project progress.
  • Develop strong client relationships and consistently meet their expectations.
  • Self-driven with exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative team member committed to the success of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and tax software like ProSystem fx Tax.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to read and interpret business documents; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
