Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Design, implement, and maintain effective safety programs to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all safety-related policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to various locations within the facility. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
