Senior Safety Manager

P1 Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist for a challenging role in Lenexa, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety training programs, orientations, and job site audits.
- Conduct regular contractor meetings and oversee day-to-day construction safety operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks, and develop strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a safety-related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a full-time safety role, with a strong background in construction safety.
- CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
- Valid driver's license and access to a well-maintained vehicle.
