Job Summary

As a Screed Operator at CRH, you will be responsible for operating screed controls to apply asphalt on highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways. Your duties will include making adjustments to obtain the proper depth, grade, and finished cross-section of asphalt material via screed extensions. You will also perform other related duties such as adding or removing screed extensions as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience operating heavy equipment and a strong understanding of asphalt application and construction principles. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
