We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at IMC Companies LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for reconciling and analyzing general ledger details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile general ledger activity with daily downloads from accounting software
- Update reconciliation spreadsheets with additional data for analysis
- Provide weekly updates to management on general ledger detail status
- Work with operations and revenue accounting to process adjustments
- Prepare and post journal entries upon approval
- Finalize reconciliation for month-end reporting
- 3+ years of business finance experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Knowledge of Great Plains and Six Wheel System
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including X-Lookup and PivotTables
- General accounting and accounts payable experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Professionalism and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
