Rula Health is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that partners with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By handling administrative tasks, we enable our providers to focus on what they do best: helping clients achieve better outcomes.

Compensation Details

  • We guarantee a minimum of $400/week for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload, provided you maintain a minimum of 10 available calendar slots for clients.

  • Plus, upon completing your first visit, we'll send you a $1000 bonus.

  • LMFT, LPC, LICSW, LPCC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)

  • Licensed Psychologist: $90 per hourly session (53-minutes)

  • Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit

  • Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Must be licensed in Minnesota

  • Must be able to provide telehealth
