Key Responsibilities- Health Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough health assessments of students, identify potential health concerns, and provide appropriate interventions and referrals as needed.
- Individualized Healthcare Planning: Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical needs, in collaboration with parents/guardians and other healthcare providers.
- Health Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential health records, including immunization records, health assessments, and documentation of healthcare services provided.
- Health Education: Educate students, parents, and staff on health-related topics, including preventive care, hygiene practices, and emergency procedures.

- Education and Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
