Position Overview
This pivotal role reports directly to the President of North America and is responsible for overseeing essential back-office functions, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Facilities, and Equipment Management. The Senior Vice President will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring alignment with budgetary and personnel objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional project management for key initiatives as designated by the North American Leadership Team.
  • Exhibit strong financial management skills by accurately creating, communicating, and delivering budgets and forecasts.

  • Partner with Global and Regional Operational Excellence teams to implement effective performance management systems.
  • Oversee planning for the construction and expansion of facilities, including capital planning and feasibility studies.

  • Ensure the establishment and execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs for kitchen equipment to optimize asset longevity.
  • Develop and implement an annual strategic plan that aligns with both regional and global objectives.
  • Drive Material Management and Labor Control initiatives as per established policies, ensuring cost control measures are effectively maintained.
  • Support compliance initiatives across all operational units.
  • Develop operational safety action plans, track performance against accident and injury goals, and ensure adherence to corporate safety standards.
