Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Golden Corral, a family dining restaurant chain company. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of preparing a variety of baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Responsibilities:
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items. You will also prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs. Additionally, you will maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards. You will ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate. You will follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide and perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent baking skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Estimated Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000 per year
