Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a design team through all phases of project development, from initial assessments to construction oversight.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, contractors, and internal staff on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Make informed decisions regarding technical strategies, budget management, scheduling, change management, and overall project performance.
  • Monitor and report on project timelines and financial status.
  • Facilitate project meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare, review, and authorize written project deliverables.
  • Engage in client development and management activities, supported by local and corporate resources.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possession of a PE license or the ability to secure one within six months.
  • Preferred experience: 10-15 years in the water sector.
  • Desirable additional qualifications include:
  • Master's Degree in environmental engineering.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Extensive background with public utilities.
