Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in immigration matters, including VAWA Self-Petitions, Battered Spouse Waivers, U-Visas, T-Visas, Asylum, and naturalization.
  • Collaborate with pro bono volunteers in a clinical setting to provide advice and counsel, as well as support in preparing for matters that can be handled on a pro se basis.
