About the Role

Elevate Semiconductor is a leading provider of test integrated circuits (ICs) that address the industry's most complex ATE challenges. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Engineer to join our technical support team in our San Diego, CA office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Demonstration: Demonstrate Elevate products at customer sites, showcasing their capabilities and features.
  • Market Analysis: Assess market needs and feed back requirements to the engineering teams to inform product development.
  • Product Development: Interface with internal engineering teams to bring new products from concept to production release, assisting with new product definition, bench validation, and technical documentation.
  • Technical Support: Perform bench testing and analysis to support customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues, reproducing customer observations and providing technical guidance.
  • Documentation: Generate technical documentation for Elevate products, including datasheets, product guides, application notes, and other materials to support integration into customer systems.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape and identify differentiation for Elevate IC products.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Product Recommendations: Assist with product recommendations for new customer designs.
  • Customer Visits: Assist with on-site customer visits to promote Elevate IC products.
Requirements
  • Education: BS/MS in Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 5-10+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive expertise in the use of electronic bench equipment, with a hands-on approach to lab work and a strong track record in debugging, probing, and characterizing silicon.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting: Exceptional system and circuit level troubleshooting capability, with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language, with the ability to develop scripts or code to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • International Travel: Flexibility for international travel is required.
