This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Med Surg Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote health and prevent complications.
  • Delegate tasks to other healthcare workers as needed to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform physical demands of the job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
