Lead Urology Nurse

UroPartners LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Urology Clinic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing health problems, developing care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and determine appropriate care
- Administer medications and monitor for reactions
- Coordinate with healthcare team members for patient care plans
- Provide patient education on health topics and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of two years' experience in a urology clinic setting
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
